Evaluation of human resource information systems using grey ordinal pairwise comparison MCDM methods

This paper evaluates the human resource information systems provided by different vendors using two new hybrid multicriteria decision-making methods that require ordinal data as inputs. First, grey-point-allocation full-consistency (Grey-PA-FUCOM) weighting method is proposed. The Grey-PA-FUCOM combines simple point-allocation widely used managers and advanced FUCOM accepted scholars in grey system theory. Second, grey-regime method, an extension of classical regime based on theory, to account for uncertainty evaluation. Next, weights are applied conjunction with scheme evaluate five vendors. Finally, validate results this study, relational analysis numbers, weighted sum model, a technique order performance similarity ideal solution values used.
